Best Nintendo 2D platformer of the noughties?

I'd have to go with Jungle Beat by a distance, possibly followed by Kirby.  Both really brought something different and interesting to the genre, while the NSMBs stuck to a familiar formula (albeit they did it well).  Not played Wario.
