Human Head Studios is a small fry and I doubt they made enough money on the first one to warrant a sequel, not to mention that the publisher (3D Realms) is in deep shit and has published only two games in 13-14 (Shadow Warrior was actually quite good but I didn't find Prey very exciting at all) years and are currently facing a shitstorm of epic proportions for never getting the third one out (Duke Nuke 'Em Forever).
