Which is the best fighting series?

Smash, Tekken and Soul Calibur are the only fighters I've really been able to truly enjoy. Out of those 3 I'd say I enjoy Tekken the most.

Tekken 5 was gold. And despite a few things I dislike about the game as a whole, I still love Tekken6's core gameplay.
