Will we ever see 3rd party Nintendo 64 games on the virtual console?

Some of them are listed in the OP, more in my collection, though I hardly owned all of them. Treasure's games like Mischief Makers were great, the first two Turoks were awesome, Tony Hawk was a bit of a staple back in the day, Body Harvest was very nice (though I only rented it), BattleTanx, the best Harvest Moon, Shadow Man, Resident Evil 2, Battle for Naboo, Shadows of the Empire.... Hell, that's just stuff I played

Few (if any) were as good as Ogre Battle 64, but I don't consider that a knock against them since that's my favorite RPG of that generation

Id love to check these out, spechally Shadows of the Empire(the data says it is published by Nintendo??) it  might be my cup of tea

Ohh i remember Resident evil 2 and Battle Tanx, loved these back in the day.
