Maybe some people who don't currently get any excercise can benefit from moving around a bit. Why is it your business how they do it, and why would you criticize someone who might gain a positive benefit from playing a video game. I'm glad you get your excercise. Lots of people don't. Lighten up, maybe they will too. Only good can come from uncouching couch potatoes. |
gengka is just one of the (very common) people who assume that because they live one way everyone lives that way (or should live that way) ...
Personally, I work out everyday in the morning and I often come home at night (typically after a stressful day) and want to do something a bit more physical than sit on the couch and veg-out. One of my friends is a personal trainer and has no interest in videogames except for DDR, Guitar Hero and (now) Wii Fit; she simply doesn't enjoy sitting around "Doing Nothing" and watching tv or playing (most) videogames. What she gets out of videogames is far different from gengka but I expect genka would like every game she enjoys to stop being produced so he can have another WWII FPS ...
