I assume the name was chosen so as to not alienate a portion of the community who do not want to purchase a PSP just to play the sequel to there favourite game, some may see it as a marketing technique to boost PSP sales and unfair, whilst being called Peace Walker it's not being advertised as MSG5 but should still have the same impact in terms of sales.
