No, what Khuutra said. Link remains silent, and no English voices, that's for damn sure.
If there must be English voices, there better be minimal talking in the game. By minimal I mean, as little as the NES games. Really.
As for the lack of voices make the game "outdated," please. If people want to push that argument, I can argue that PS3/360 games are outdated because they lack motion tech. It sounds ridiculous, eh?
