Its the first article I posted in this thread.....Team Bondi (the devs for the game) said this back in 2008 on their blog.

I think that quote is just about people thinking agent was the secret exlusive games from rockstar, when it wasnt hense him saying " it did write that l.A. Noire was not that franchise" its doesnt say anything about L.a noir in that article being mulit plat.
