The Free Skins are:

Good Cole, Sev, Nathan Hale (Heroes)

Bad Cole, Helgast Solider, Chimera (Villains)

also, there is one named "Jack", from inFamous. But no one remembers a person named Jack from the title, So, it is speculated that it could either be Zeke or Kessler instead and it was just an error.

The second pack skins will be: Nathan Drake, Elena Fisher, Atoq Navarro, Eddy Raja, Gabriel Roman and a mercenary. Presumably the skins will be the Uncharted 1 skins, as the pack seems to be a "throwback" style pack.

The third pack skins are currently unknown, but speculation suggests that it may be Solid Snake and Co. and that the New Co-op level will be objective style featuring Snake as one of the playable characters.

There should be maybe 3 from each game...

Infamous:Good Cole,Bad Cole, Sasha(FTW!)
