I'm asking because in the passed week, I've recieved 2 emails from them saying my item could not be delivered to the address because of an error in the shipping address. Which is all well and good except, I've never sent anything by DHL (at least knowingly).

The emails themselves are why I'm suspicious about this actual email

"Dear customer!

The courier company was not able to deliver your parcel by your address.
Cause: Error in shipping address.

You may pickup the parcel at our post office personaly!

Attention!
The shipping label is attached to this e-mail.
Please print this label to get this package at our post office.

Please do not reply to this e-mail, it is an unmonitored mailbox!

Thank you.
DHL Delivery Services."

Now I'm not sure about everyone else but the lack of the DHL logo, the use of exclaimation marks, the fact that the same email came to me from 2 different email addresses (first one with a long ass series of random letters at DHL.com as well as the more authentic sounding shipping at DHL.com)  and the spelling mistake leads me to believe this is a fake however, the fact that I found a card from a few weeks back saying they couldn't deliever a package to me makes me more paranoid and think maybe it's real.

The file they are asking me to download is a zip file and I'm convinced it's a virus of some sort but at the same time, the card leaves me in limbo.

So what do I do?
