Can No more Heroes 2 get a higher METAcritic rating than the Original?

Its funny because I automatically stop reading any review that says "for the wii" "on the wii" "wish it was on hd" " should be HD" I wonder what Metacritic scores would look like if those words automatically discredited reviews.
