The highest selling first party game in NA hasnt passed 2 million yet.

highest non GT seller on PS2 was 2.4million, so not that far of.  Also the highest sellers were Socom and GoW.  With nether yet getting full release on PS3.  Current NA scea sales mean nothing negative to potential GT5sales.

Racing games have lost popularity in that region

Prove they lost any popularity at all.  You cant casue comparing other racing game sales show shit all as they never held any relevance to GT sales.

What makes you believe this game is going to sell so much in NA?

That's what confuses me, espacially when the last one did not.

GT will sell well in NA, but 4-5 million is just insane.

Day after day, I see this game selling just 8 million total.
