tea story with some subtlety and depth at least...Oh right there are no such games...OK OK there are a few I'll admit but VGs will for some time yet still only attract writing hacks to do the screenplay and 2nd rate directors. So even a game with story potential will be ruined. Best VG Movie ever (if it happened): Take all the cut scenes from the entire Legacy of Kain series (perhaps leave our Blood Omen II) upgrade them all to at least 'LoK: Defiance' cut scene quality, or better yet upgrade to Uncharted: AT game play quality, edit them all together in sequence onto one DVD. I'd buy it. Great story, no friggin' around using wrting hacks to ruin the story, all original voice work remains (actor who voiced the Elder God is dead now and his voice is virtually irreplaceable). How can you possibly improve on that? |
Tekken has a great storyline which has had a straight storyline going all the way up to the new Tekken 6. Movie companies just want to make money and don't give a shit that Tekkens story has fleshed itself out. Dare me now and I could list the perfect people to play the characters and I am not even a director. The only person I predicted would get a role in this movie was Lateef Chowder as Eddy Gordo. Everyone else is retarded.
