S-E sent an e-mail to all Square-Enix members (their fansite) & retail outlets/media outlets when the Release Date for us was announced and its clearly stated
"FF13 comes from the people who made FFVII & FFX"
I am not denying some people who worked on VII are working on versus
but the vast majority of FF13's team is made up of the FF7 & FF10 guys.
