Will No More Heroes be big in Japan for PS3/360?

Rising Star is a Marvelous subsidiary btw. They're basically Marvelous Europe with a different name.

I think it's surprising UbiSoft passed over Heroes Paradise. I wonder if XSEED will do it then?
