Well, that would be the main focus of a mobile gaming forum....Similarly to how the PC forum covers Mac and Linux, but PC is mostly discussed.
To the defense of the PC forums - I think the main reason they are dead is because there is no sales data to bicker about. There is more mobile data out there, and more forthcoming, so I think it'd be livelier.
Plus there is a great bit of activity in the mobile market. Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars came out on iPhone yesterday, and looks like its already outpacing the PSP version. So there is life in the market
