No More Heroes 2 still has no release date in EU?

Since NMH1 came out 3/14/08 in Europe, I'm guessing NMH2 will come out around early March in Europe. I think the other reason why there is no release date yet is because Europe/Australia are having 2 versions of the game, a Censored and Uncensored version.
