Why is GAME expensive? I don't know this stuff.

I always buy my games in the actual stores here in the US. The cost after 6% sales tax is close enough to the cost of buying online + shipping, plus then I have it right away.

EDIT: The Wii is at 6.66! It is the devil!


Most decent online stores do free delivery on games.  And you are more likely to get a game a good bit cheaper online than in a store.

An example is the recently released Valkyrie Profile Lenneth.  You would normally pay £29.99 in Game and HMV, but you can buy the game online for £17.99 a saving of £12 or $23 for the yanks.

This is a huge difference...you could effectively get a free game by buying this game online.
