This is a complete lie. Not only does the list you showed doesn't have The Sims 2 or World of Warcraft (which could very well have sold over 20 millions), but recently 10+ millions performers came out on PC:
WoW: The Burning Crusade
WoW: Wrath of the Lich King
The Sims 3
All those 3 above will easily sell above 10 millions. And within the next 2 years it's coming out on PC:
Starcraft 2
Diablo 3
WoW: Cataclysm
PC has now become big and popular enough to spill out 10+ million sellers every year.
