greater LA, no Wii's either, at least in my region of greater LA. a friend got one by getting in line at a circuit city about an hour before they opened.
another friend worked his magic and got a wii the day before they're supposed to sell them--he somehow sweet talked the sales-lady into it. no collateral either!
the Wii is an epidemic.
