I don't really care if a game deserve to sell, as long as people love it and buy, that's why companies make games. That's business.
What touched me about the article is something no one is touching:
Nintendo always made the best games, their games were in a different level, they were the best reviewed games year after year. GOTY without Nintendo had never happened. The best Nintendo game came out in 2007. If you think they haven't dropped in quality, you are mistaken.
They may comeback this year, I see Zelda, Galaxy2 some of the best games this year, but I am only hoping.
But, to be fair, they are more successful now than ever before, something is definitely working for them.
