It's really hard to tell. My wife shops online a LOT from all sorts of different types of catalogs and they are notorious for selling names to each other. I was already getting about 3-5 catalogs a day plus usual junk like credit card offers. I've not seen a noticeable increase in junk mail but I wouldn't doubt they also sold my address to anyone that wanted it...
I hate trolls.
