And of course they should continue to focus on PS3 / 360 development the two combined sell the most software for consoles.

they theoretically did - Tenchu is on the Wii.

They didn't make Tenchu Shadow Assassins, they just published it.

And Tenchu Shadow Assassins, while some consider it a pretty good game, many don't, apparently especially Tenchu fans (I haven't played it myself).
