Onimusha or Viewtiful Joe were my two guesses... though I don't see how Onimusha would work with Natal.

Didn't that one include a PS2 controller?

 

The ps2 controller layout was built in the handle of the sword, so you'd move with the analong to where your thumb would be while holding the sword but attack by swinging. 

Come to think of it how would you walk in a Natal game without a controller?  Fake walk and run in one spot?

^ That is one of the questions everyone has been asking about Natal since... E3.

I'm thinking the answer is either "you don't" or "using some gimmick".
