Bayonetta is out today....impressions

I played the demo and enjoyed it, but I will not be purchasing this game until it drops in price unfortunately.

My problem is I am a fussy gamer and when it comes to hack n slash games I love myself a good story. I couldn't care what Bayonetta wore and if the game had no online mode. When it comes to hack and slash, it is the story and gameplay which keep me wanting to play the game.

I do like the gameplay and the difficulty is far easier than any other hns i have played (gows, dmcs, ngs etc), but the story just doesn't do it for me.

Since the boss fights etc are crazy, I will definitely buy the game, but not before gow collection and gow3. Hopefully by that time I will be able to pick it up at a cheaper price.

Don't get me wrong. I do love my animes (bleach, naruto, afro samurai, death note), but Bayonetta is the cheesiest from the lot. However, I know this is only my opinion and I do admit, it is a game I have to buy at some stage.
