It seems to me like management itself is the problem. The team is already bearing more burden than it should.

I remember when things like this started to pop up about EA. That was the start of EA's decline.

Well the difference is that R* are still cranking out great games, just not that many of them... EA's game quality did decline, though it has rebounded greatly

If working conditions stay like that, all the talented people are going to leave the company. Then the games won't be good anymore.
