Do you think Halo: Reach will have 32 player Multiplayer?

Whats the max party size on the Xbox 360 online? Is it 8 players or is it 4? Whichever it is they will probably use some multiple of that for their online. 8x 2 = 16 or 4 x 4 = 16 so either two parties of 8 or four of 4.
