Thanks for the adjusted update you two.... koffie if you are copy pasting from Excel you should adjust the columns in the spreadsheet first (best to make them all fit perfectly by double clicking)
Alternatively if you click on the cell edit button you can give the table a set width for it's cells, then make a seperate width for the top cell of the name column... but it's easier to do in excel.
