I vaguely remember it. I thought EA came really close to buying them out but the success of GTA kind of bailed Take Two out. They could become vulnerable again but i think Nintendo would be the last company to launch a takeover, unfortunately.

In my opinion the N64 was not just the best console of the 5th gen but, to this day the best console ever created!
