The Wii has moved over 100 million more pieces of software than the 360 in a shorter timeframe, and has a tie ratio higher than the PS3. If Wii owners "are not buying much more software," then what are PS3 owners doing?

Yes, it made me laugh too. 
Without Malstrom and Pachter, gaming forums would be less amusing, although it must be said that usually Malstrom says more sensible things before derailing... Well, actually Pachters' brain train sometimes even manages to derail as soon as it leaves the station!
