Never had that kind of glitch, the only one i've ever had was on 5-2 getting stuck in an invisible ledge when fighting a Black Phantom Giant Goblin, was very weird, because I could attack and cast spells, but my character couldn't move nowhere xD.
Had to restart the game as well >_
