Just Noticed Something about Permabans

IP banned and perma-banned. There is no way back from perma-ban land. Perma-ban land is hell. The dark void. The abysss. Nothingness. Cease to exist.

Obviously the mods would have some program set up to automatically re-ban the perma-banned accounts.
