Have you tried Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia? It's my favorite DS Castlevania (and looking at the quality of the previous two titles, that's saying a lot. 
)
Right now I'm playing Scribblenauts and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Just started the latter... and so far so good!
Actually, I just finished Mario & Luigi 3, and it was a great game. I'm usually not one to gush about RPG's, but it was a whole buncha fun.
