ODST = expansion pack (sorta)

Halo Wars = not even a FPS. This is like saying that Galaxy or NSMBWii won't sell because Mario Super Sluggers only sold 1m.

Halo: Reach will outperform ODST no problem, and will most likely outsell Mario Galaxy, which would move it up 2 spots on your list.

Most people probably didn't see ODST as an expansion pack though (which it isn't anyway). I don't know, it just looks to me that Halo: Reach isn't as anticipated as ODST was. We'll see, no one's predicting the future.
