well, take your best weapon and apply magic spell on it. Rely on herd to heal you. It is possible to dominate 1 maneater.
So you have to play your best to kill the first one before the 2nd one appear.
then, it is a bit more complicated since the 2 demon will clearly dominate you.
So what I have done is :
RUN RUN RUN the one extremety, and BOW BOW BOW on the one coming to you
then, block/roll and ....
RUN RUN RUN the one extremety, and BOW BOW BOW on the one coming to you
you should be able to quickly kill one of your foe and the remaining one can be killed with the same stas or in close combat with timed rolling/blocking
