Some of you guys need to go reread the question. Paying for online and fanboyism didn't start in this gen, so they're pretty much irrelevant to this discussion.
@SnowWhitesDrug: I agree that Fable II fixes just about everything that was wrong in the first game, but you'll encounter many nostalgic people who think Fable was a game without flaws and then go about pointing out everything Fable II did wrong.
