LTD stands for life to DATE. As in, sales to the our current point in time. There is no possible way to predict LTD sales, that'd be predicting the present.
Lifetime sales would be the correct term.
OT: If it doesn't look good for the game right now. I agree with Twesterm about it looking marginally better than Cruise'n.
