Not gonna happen, sorry. Iwata has acknowledged the loss of momentum from Wii Music and Animal Crossing, and I don't think he's about to lose the momentum that NSMBWii is giving them. (Given that it's been holding up for 4 weeks now, it can be called a possible momentum shifter.) Whereas Sony got good momentum with the price drop and the redesign, and launched FF13 right as it was starting to dwindle. Unfortunately, the FF series has never been one for carrying momentum, and the PS3 is slowing down again. The momentum will be lost by the time the next big game, GT5, releases. And this ties in to how a lot of Sony's properties do: They create great spikes, but they never seem to get the ball rolling for an extended period of time.
