I agree with this completely. Heavy Rain is an interactive movie. Dragon's Lair, basically.

Anyway STAGE, how can u say that Cage was inspired by Up, as Up is a movie only one year old while Heay Rain has been in development for like four years?

For Heavy Rain to be like Dragon's Lair the game would have to end everytime you fucked up, which it doesn't.  It's like if in Mass Effect 2 everytime you said something wrong to someone they shot and killed you and you had to restart the entire game.  You understate the massive amount of work the developer has put into making every single possible outcome by comparing the two.  If it was like Dragon's Lair it would've been released already.

You dont start Mass Effect from scratch if you piss someone off in dialogue and get shot.

And you don't start Heavy Rain from scratch if you do the same.  That's why it was an analogy to help you understand the difference between Dragon's Lair and Heavy Rain.

You make lots of sense there then. I just cannot stand Heavy Rain and Mass Effect being put into the same sentence which someone before you did.
