Basically.....if EA continues to put out inferior products, then of course no PS3 owner will buy it. Madden, NCAA, Pro Street, Orange Box....all crappy ports from 360. Definately not worth $60, if you can't get an equal or better experience. Hopefully things will turn around with Burnout Paradise, though not a MAJOR title, PS3 is the lead console, so it shouldn't play like crap.
Or instead of doing lead consoles, how about they take the Infinity Ward approach, and put two different teams on the two different platforms, and take advantages of the strengths of both systems to make a great game across the board
