Sony Does it again... Three Weeks Running (In Japan)

Three things:

1/ Waiting to see the MediaCreate charts (figures most news sites use). Wii > PS3 this week?

2/ Winning Eleven was a big title - almost the biggest for the year. That would have helped sales.

3/ Next week Wii has WiiFit (+ 3 other games) - PS3 has nothing. That "lull" is gonna hurt.

So over the last 3 weeks, PS3 has clawed back ...50k sales? After the Wii built a solid lead of 2.7m since launch?

I guess its a start, but that 50k may be wiped off in the coming 2-3 weeks.

Still - its great news for the PS3. Sony needed SOMETHING to happen, and it has!
