C'mon, it's entirely possible to like the PS3 and its games without being a delusional quack. Put away the Kool-aid.
MGS4 will almost certainly be a very good game. But it doesn't have the potential for insane blockbuster status.
As has been pointed out, if you want a PS3 title that could possibly match the madness that is Halo 3, look at GT5. The Gran Turismo franchise has cracked 10 mil more than once, while Metal Gear has only reached half that high, ever.
