you might be aiming a bit high but i believe you are at least in the ballpark. nothing you state is unreasonable.

on a side note: taking human population to be 6.6 billion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_population), if the wii does in fact hit 500million that would be a 7.5% attach rate. xD
