Yeh happened to me about a month ago, I moved my PS3 to a table so I can vacuum it and after I was done I went to pick it up and move it back to where it was and everyone of my fingers got a electrical shock, I thought for sure I might of ruined my PS3, oh and after that when I was pluging everything back in I pluged in one of the USB cables and a shock came from that aswell. Everything is fine though it didn't hurt nothing.
I started to think maybe I had InFamous in the PS3.
