You can find a DSL for 99€ easily.

Nintendo doens't have a single reason for cutting the DS price, it's selling like none console did before...and DS is less expensive than PSP (99-159 Vs. 159-250) so I don't think is a good comparison, we know that not only the power counts for the price.
