The interviewer said "On the 360?". Reggie then said "I do belive so..."

To be fair, the interviewer interjected with '360?' while Reggie was speaking mid-sentence. It is debateable just what Reggie was saying 'I do believe so' to. That is why it is being endlessly debated now.

The bet stipulated by Reggie was 'a single platform' 'by the time January NDP comes in'.
