I try to use Web of Trust on Firefox, while it doesn't compleely block it does give me a heads up of fishy sites.

Good suggestions all, got a few more when someone mentioned CCleaner.
Defreaggler - Tool for defragmeting your HDD but you can defrag any given folder you want, not the whole thing. Also has an option for a quick defragment, but I have never used it to tell you about it.
Speccy - Tells you everything you need to know about your PC's hardware.
