If the bet was clear cut it might be interesting. Problem is if you put 4 people in a room, they will have 5 opinions on what the bet was about (often, though not always, depending on their console "alliance"), and this has been discussed and argued to death - and beyond...
Some say it is US only because NPD was mentioned , some say it's worldwide. Some say it's any single console (because he didn't mention any single console initially), some say it's the 360 (because the interviewer then added, after Reggie's initial statement, the 360 and Reggie accepted that). This has all been argued to death and people seem to be rather entrenched each in their own view.
[added]So the results of your poll will be relatively meaningless - because many viewing the bet as being any console and/or worldwide would say he'll win, and most viewing the bet as being 360 in the US only will say he'll lose.[/added]
