I haven't had this problem, but sometimes when I sync my trophies they don't show on my profile(two of my friends also have this problem) I hope Sony fixes these PSN issues soon! 3.10 f***** up everything. all I can say is check you email and password, or reset(turn on/turn off) your system. good luck
