Because we know walmart could crush Nintendo.. I mean theres hundreds of other companies oh wait... videogame market is one of the few that actually has walmart by the balls because only 3 people really involved. Greenpeace is known to just rate poorly when given no info their surveys and statistics are about as flawed as anything out there.

Walmart could destroy Nintendo.  Walmart could destroy ANYONE.  They are the leading retailer by such a large number it's ridiculous. 

However, Nintendo is hardly anti-environmentalist.  They simply refused to give information to a radical activist group like Greenpeace, and I applaud them for that.  Terrorism does not help the environment, and the less people tolerate this stupid organization the faster it can die and let real environmental organizations actual help the world.
